  Result of Annual General Meeting

Zeta announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Friday 18th June 2010, all resolutions
were duly passed.

Following  the passing of Resolution 3 at the meeting, Graham Brown has been appointed as Finance  Director  of
the  Company. Graham is a qualified Chartered Accountant and joined Zeta in February 2009 with responsibilities
for the financial and company secretarial aspects of the business.

Graham  and  his wife hold a total of 197,686 ordinary shares in the Company representing 2.2%  of  the  issued
share  capital. The Directors are interested in a total of 5,261,686 ordinary shares representing 60.0% of  the
issued share capital.

There are a total of 8,773,236 ordinary shares in issue.

No additional information is required to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 71, paragraph 18 of Appendix 1 or Part 2
of Appendix 3 of the PLUS Rules for Issuers.
