Welcome to our 2009 Corporate Responsibility report. It has been a busy year at our company and we have continued to try to ensure that our impact on those around us is a positive one.

At Zeta Compliance Group plc we understand that our business should be about more than just profit. A successful business has a responsibility to its customers, shareholders, employees, suppliers, partners, the community and the environment.

In these difficult economic times good corporate responsibility is more important than ever. Having goals and standards in the areas of workplace, environment, marketplace and community ensure not only the success and survival of our organisation, but also the growth and survival of others in the wider community.

We understand that how we run our business will affect others. Therefore we are proud of some of our achievements this year including the efforts made to get ourselves certified for both ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 accreditations as well as excelling in our audit for IIP (Investors in People).

The information and data included in this report arises from an internal review of our activities and compilation of activity over the year. Our internal review follows a strict format that we use for our customer reviews, challenging all aspects of management.
