| Customers | Customers want us to provide a great service experience and deliver to their health safety and envrionmental needs. They want us to be fair and honest and provide quality and ultimately deliver peace of mind that they are fully compliant. | We communicate with our customers on a regular basis. 2009 saw many activities implemented to enhance our communications with this stakeholder group. The implementation of a customer relationship communication plan along with surveys and special events all look to enhance the relationships we have with customers. |
| Investors |
Our investors seek competitive returns from their shareholdings, as well as assurance that their investments lie with a sustainable, well-governed business. They expect us to have a robust strategy and report on our processes and progress in a meaningful and transparent manner. |
We actively engage with our investors via several activities. We look to provide updates and issue briefings when appropriate, we communicate with shareholders through our Annual General Meeting, our group website and through PLUS Markets announcements. |
| Our Employees |
Our staff want secure, interesting jobs with fair terms and conditions and opportunities to get on. They want a helpful manager, to be treated with respect and to have a safe and enjoyable workplace. |
Our staff need to feel good about their employer to do a good job for our customers. We listen to and communicate with our staff constantly, with plans in place to enhance and increase internal communications further. We look to get feedback from our staff continually via different methods including our survey that looks to obtain staff views on how they feel about working for Zeta Compliance Group plc. The suggestions for improvements by staff are taken very seriously with over 75% of suggestions made being implemented. |
| Communities | Our neighbours want support and activities for local causes and initiatives. |
We activiely look to participate and engage in our community. 2009 saw us engage with schools, universities and charities to provide assistance, support and opportunities nationally throughout the UK. |
| Suppliers |
Our suppliers want to be treated fairly and honestly with many continuing to want to build positve and strong relationships. |
The interactions with suppliers looks to be moving forward, new procedures implemented will enable us to develop positive relationships with our suppliers. With the introduction of our supplier questionnaire we will look to align ourselves with suppliers who have the same morals, ethics, environmental and quality standard as us. |
