Zeta Compliance Group plc considers that, for the foreseeable future, the UK market, for the services that Zeta Compliance Technologies and Zeta Compliance Services provide, is healthy, being buoyed by legislation-driven demand.

The group further believes  that there  is  an  opportunity to accelerate growth through acquiring and consolidating a number of businesses in this sector. Considerable productivity gains should accrue from successful acquisitions through both field productivity and back office efficiencies.

Acquired businesses will utilise Zeta's technology to provide customers with a consistent brand and operational performance. This additional demand will generate further opportunities to enhance Zeta's revenues and extends the presence and awareness of Zeta in its marketplace.

Zeta will continue to pursue large strategic contracts with other resellers, particularly larger organisations, both within the UK and overseas, which can deliver high-volume orders that Zeta Compliance Services, as a standalone entity, would  not have sufficient scale to win. These contracts require little additional operational resource on the part of Zeta.
