Quality & Environmental Policy Reception Statement

The Directors of Zeta Compliance Group plc and its subsidiary companies of Fineapply Limited and Zeta Compliance Technologies Limited (The Company) affirm their commitment to Quality Assurance under EN ISO 9001:2000, Environmental Management under ISO 14001:2004 and such other standards that may apply to any British or International Contracts.

The Company is currently engaged in a programme to implement Quality Assurance under EN ISO 9001:2000 and Environmental Management under ISO 14001:2004

The policy of the Company is to provide a high quality service to all its customers and is committed to comply with all applicable legal requirements which relate to the impact that the services and activities they deliver may have on the environment. The Company states that the quality requirements and environmental implications of the contracts it undertakes will be determined, agreed and satisfied through all stages of delivery. 

The Company further states that it is the responsibility of all employees to ensure that the Quality & Environmental policies are carried out as defined in the Quality & Environmental Manual and that all parts of the system is mandatory within all areas of the Company.

The Quality & Environmental Manual defines the processes, control systems and quality and environmental programmes used to ensure that these policies are fulfilled and empowers all employees in the execution of their duties with regard to matters of quality and the environment.
